| These high efficiency machines can be configured in standard frames or frameless to OEM specifications. Their anisotropic design allows up to six segments to be configured within the same frame size.
The rotor's permanent magnets are embedded in the core without adhesives, insuring lifetime reliability, even in harsh environments.
This product family can be used as a motor or generator, making it well suited for isolated (“island”) heavy duty, high efficiency power supply applications and as high frequency generator / rectifier power sources. The special rear permanent magnet rotor design can tolerate a direct short circuit without damaging the embedded magnets. These design characteristics make it well suited for high speed, high efficiency, and high reliability PM motor generator applications.
